We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am - 6pm. Times will vary throughout the year for Holiday's, but we will be sure to share this information through our site & social channels, so be sure to follow us.

We currently ship orders with UPS & USPS carriers

All in-stock items will ship within 1-5 business days during non-peak times. Shipping times are guidelines, but we will do our best to inform you of the arrival of your order.

At this time we do not ship internationally, but we hope to do so in the near future.

When your order arrives, inspect it immediately. If an item arrives damaged, contact us @infohomesteadcitydecor.com within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can handle the issue right away. Please read our full refund policy for further details.

Shipping is non-refundable therefore, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with your return.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, however if you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 days for a return. This means you have within 7 days of purchase to return your item in-store or you have within 7 days of delivery of your item to request a return.
